We use DHL as major carrier with our partner ITG Gmbh near Munich.

Should an article be out of stock at short notice, we will contact you and credit you with the article as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, delivery to a packing station is not possible.

Outside of Germany we deliver to all countries within the European Union. Unfortunately, shipping utside of Europe is not possible, Please see our shipping conditions.

Customs duties and taxes within the European Union:

No additional taxes or duties are due for any goods sent within the European Union. The item prices and delivery costs include the applicable VAT and are therefore given as gross prices.

If you would like to exchange a purchased item for a different size or color, please send the corresponding item back to us and note the desired replacement item on the return slip. We will send it to you as soon as possible.

As soon as we receive positive feedback from our logistics partner regarding the returned items, we will transfer the money back within a few working days.
